• You will assume full responsibility for the calculation of turnkey construction projects in the field of building construction, taking into account all economic and technical framework conditions
• In addition, you will be responsible for the precise creation of complex 3D models in Allplan for the well-founded determination of quantitiesmodels in Allplan for well-founded quantity takeoff and for optimising the entire project-related costing processes
• In addition, you will be responsible for calculating detailed budgets for the construction of turnkey projects using Nevaris and ensuring complete quantity takeoff
• The creation of legally compliant bills of quantities using modern BIMsoftware in accordance with current German legal standards such as VOB and BGB are also part of your tasks
• as part of your work, you will support the strategic solicitation and technical evaluation of offers from potential subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal conditions
• you will also support operational project management by identifying and evaluating opportunities, risks and potential cost increases, risks and potential cost increases in the context of supplementary costing
• Finally, you are responsible for professional cooperation with all internal departments and external partners such as planners and subcontractors to exchange relevant project information

• You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d) or civil engineer (m/f/d)

• You are confident in the use of MS Office and specialised software such as Allplan, Nemetschek and Nevaris will make you particularly suitable for this position
• You have native-level German language skills and a good command of written and spoken English for communication within an international and professional working environment
• Furthermore, you have a high level of negotiating skills and assertiveness for the successful procurement and negotiation of a wide range of subcontractor services on the market
• Finally, you are willing to travel regularly to our construction sites throughout Germany and always work reliably, structured and with a keen eye for detail
