- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice to customers via telephone and e-mail on all issues relating to the company's diverse and modern product range
- In addition, you will be responsible for the structured processing of incoming customer concerns in the ticket system and carefully document all relevant processes in the internal database for a complete history
- Furthermore, you will support the users:inside with technical as well as commercial challenges and actively support them in making their personal web presence successful and sustainable through targeted problem solving
- identifying optimisation potential in existing processes is also one of your tasks, to continuously improve service quality and ensure a first-class experience for customers
- as part of your job, you will support product management by passing on collected customer feedback in a targeted manner and thus make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of all services offered

Requirements
- You have completed training as a dialogue marketing specialist (m/f/d), office management specialist (m/f/d) or alternatively as a mail and freight traffic specialist (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial practical work experience in the field of telephone customer service or direct customer contact, whereby you are also very welcome as a committed career changer (m/f/d) with a high willingness to learn
- Your confident knowledge of common IT applications and your strong interest in technical topics such as web hosting, e-commerce and cloud solutions will make you particularly suitable for this challenging position
- You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure precise and professional communication with the various customers at all times
- You have a good command of the German language:
- You have the necessary willingness to work in a flexible shift system including weekends
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of communication skills and a pronounced service orientation in order to always find the right solution for your counterpart, even in complex consulting situations
- Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work conscientiously
