• You ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time
• You look after customers and suppliers alike and are the central interface in the national and international flow of goods
• The preparation of quotations, orders and delivery notes is just as much a part of your job as checking invoices and delivery documents
• You obtain quotations, compare conditions, conduct price negotiations and actively contribute to the optimisation of purchasing and sales processes
• in day-to-day business, you maintain an overview of stock levels and delivery deadlines and coordinate smooth processes with other departments
• you maintain master data, deal with complaints and support the processing of customs and export procedures

• You have completed commercial training, ideally as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• you have a good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• you can score points with a good command of English

• you are confident and work in a customer- and solution-oriented manner
• you work independently, structured and with a high degree of reliability
