Job description

  • You will be responsible for making telephone calls to existing and new contacts to support the various projects for our clients in the charity sector
  • You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and information on the social projects and current fundraising campaigns run by our clients’ respective partners
  • Furthermore, you will ensure that every telephone call is conducted in a friendly and empathetic manner, handling the various clients’ enquiries:in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Carefully documenting the outcomes of these conversations in the internal system is also part of your role, to ensure the smooth follow-up of clients’ enquiries
  • As part of your role, you will support close collaboration with the team to achieve the set fundraising targets and ensure client satisfaction
  • Furthermore, you will support the project management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and in ensuring high standards of quality in communications with customers

Requirements

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a dialogue marketing specialist (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d), as well as having undertaken in-depth further training in sales or gained relevant professional experience
  • You also have some relevant professional experience in telephony or customer service, enabling you to provide customers with the best possible support for their various enquiries
  • Your confident knowledge of standard MS Officeprogrammes and CRM systems set you apart in your day-to-day work with various customers within the system
  • Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a confident manner when dealing with customers, are second nature to you when providing advice
  • Furthermore, you bring a high level of communication skills and a strong sense of empathy to advising our diverse customers, enabling you to perform successfully
  • To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
