Call Centre Agent (m/f/d)

• Working in a modern open-plan office with height-adjustable desks
• Working hours: Staggered shifts from 08:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday
• Every 2 weeks Saturday work from 08:00 - 14:00, but 1 day off in the week!

• You will be responsible for processing simple, systemically pre-categorised customer concerns within the framework of the specified standard processes using the media provided (e.g. CRM system, telecommunications system)
• In particular, you will be responsible for providing information and, if necessary, accepting orders
• . Receiving orders
• You are also responsible for recording complaints and processing or forwarding them
• You are also responsible for entering and maintaining the relevant customer data
• You make between 6 - 10 phone calls per hour
• Not least, you are responsible for operating the ticket system, special order tools (Excel), Avaya for telephony and knowledge management for queries
