• You will be responsible for first-level support and act as the first point of contact for IT clients, users and systems
• You will handle enquiries, administrative requests and fault reports by telephone or electronically
• You will provide immediate assistance using existing solution guidelines
• You will analyse fault reports in terms of their impact on business processes and determine their priority accordingly
• You will forward service requests and fault reports to 2ndand 3rd-level support and monitor their progress
• You will escalate issues if recovery times are exceeded
• You will provide status updates and feedback to our customers and users

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Thanks to your excellent written and spoken German, you can easily understand technical documents and communicate clearly within the team
• With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally suited for this role
• You are willing to work shifts and at weekends
• You excel in communication and impress with your customer-focused approach
