• In this role, you will advise customers by telephone on any queries they may have regarding magazine subscriptions
• You will handle written enquiries by email in a reliable and solution-oriented manner
• You will process subscription cancellations and ensure they are fully completed
• You will independently make additions and changes to existing subscriptions
• You will advise customers on a wide range of magazine-related products
• You will carefully record and document customer enquiries in the system

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Dialogue Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), Office Management Specialist (m/f/d) or Service Specialist (m/f/d)
• You enjoy customer contact both over the phone and in writing
• You are proficient in using common IT systems and standard software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts in a two-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays
• You are characterised by clear and friendly communication, both spoken and written
• The ability to work as part of a team and a reliable approach to your work round off your profile
