- You will carry out maintenance and repair work on the building and monitor external repair orders
- Operate technical systems such as heating, ventilation and security systems, you reliably operate and monitor
- during safety checks, you identify damaged equipment or facilities and inform those responsible
- you take on general school and moving work to support the smooth running of the school
- you are available as a contact person for all questions relating to the school building and grounds
Requirements
- You have completed training in the craft sector or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
- You are characterised by your manual skills and a strong technical understanding
- A valid class B driving licence and your own car are desirable
