• You will operate state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines and use them to manufacture precise metal components for the automotive and mechanical engineering industry
• In addition, you will monitor the production process and intervene in a targeted manner if deviations occur
• You will be responsible for carrying out regular measurements and visual inspections as well as documenting the results
• You will set up machines independently, change tools and optimise production parameters to ensure the best quality
• together with the team, you ensure that production runs smoothly
• you ensure order and safety in the workplace and actively help with minor maintenance

• A completed apprenticeship in the metal sector, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or sound practical experience as a machine operator (m/f/d)
• you have already gained experience in the operation of CNC lathes or milling machines
• Your technical understanding speaks for itself
• Reading technical drawings and the safe use of measuring equipment such as calipers or micrometers are a matter of course for you
• German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work in a shift system
• You are careful, reliable and willing to learn, and willingness to learn characterise you
