- You will be actively involved in operating, setting up and monitoring CNC-controlled machines and systems, always following the specified work instructions
- Your support is required when it comes to setting up tools according to the specified process instructions and preparing everything for a smooth process
- Working according to a defined test plan is also part of your area of responsibility, where you demonstrate accuracy and a systematic approach
- with your help, the system is converted according to step-by-step conversion instructions so that new production processes are optimally implemented
- carrying out supporting maintenance and cleaning work according to a checklist rounds off your area of responsibility so that the systems remain operational at all times
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification or further training as a CNC specialist (m/f/d)
- You have experience in metal processing and demonstrate both manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding
- Ideally, you already feel confident working with Siemens 840D series controllers
- Willingness to work in a shift system - regardless of whether in 3 or 4 shifts, whether in 3- or 4-shift operation - characterise you
- Reliability, resilience and the ability to work in a team are just as natural for you as an independent and clearly structured way of working
- Your quick comprehension skills will help you to quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
