Job description

  • You will take on general office and administrative tasks and contribute your expertise in various areas
  • You will be responsible for independently processing correspondence by email and post as well as preparing and checking quotations and invoices on time
  • You will provide support with account maintenance in the accounting department, accounts, invoice entry and dunning and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • Organising and holding meetings, events and travel planning for employees in an active and structured manner
  • Interfacing with other departments such as Sales, Purchasing and HR, you ensure an optimal flow of information
  • by preparing documents and files in digital and analogue format, maintain and file them, you ensure high data quality
  • you carefully record and maintain master data in various systems
  • you provide support in controlling through cost monitoring and preparatory analyses as well as with orders and the monitoring of delivery dates
  • the implementation and continuous maintenance of internal processes and procedures falls within the remit of maintenance of internal processes and procedures falls within your area of responsibility
  • You will be involved in special projects and process optimisations and contribute your ideas
  • You will provide support with personnel administration tasks such as time recording and holiday administration

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Your first professional experience in the commercial sector will make it easier for you to get started and help you to take on new tasks quickly
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications
  • You are able to apply your knowledge effectively, quickly take on new tasks

  • You have clear and skilful communication skills in German, both verbally and in writing
  • You have a valid work permit and are able to work with us
