• The processing and follow-up of customer complaints (internal/external) is your responsibility
• You communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to clarify issues
• Your tasks include the examination, settlement and processing of insurance claims
• Documentation, recording and maintenance of complaint data in the ERP system
• you carry out root cause analyses and initiate corrective measures
• you contribute to quality and process improvements and prepare the corresponding documentation

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in complaints processing or customer service characterises you
• You are confident working with MS Office; Experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable
• Your communication and conflict resolution skills are strong
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and reliability are among your strengths
