• You will be responsible for preparing construction management invoices for clients
• You will also be responsible for registering and deregistering construction sites with public authorities/offices
• In addition, you will be responsible for creating and filing construction files
• You will also be responsible for general back office activities
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for scheduling construction processes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have also already gained experience in the DIY market/building materials trade
• You also benefit from knowledge of the construction industry
