• You are the first point of contact for our customers:on the phone, by e-mail and in person on site
• You process enquiries independently and ensure that special requests are quickly forwarded to the right team
• You coordinate our daily communication - whether by post, emails or calls - and document everything reliably
• You explain our customer portal clearly, set up access and help with questions about its use
• You provide support with smaller installation orders and take on administrative tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly

• Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• relevant professional experience from a contact centre will benefit you
• you are familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• very good written and spoken German skills are part of your portfolio
• you have a friendly, professional demeanour
• you work conscientiously, are solution-oriented and enjoy supporting people
