Your responsibilities

Responding to complex verbal and written customer enquiries and emergency calls; entering and maintaining customer master data in our customer databases; handling customer correspondence using standard forms and personalised letters; collaborating with all relevantin-house and external specialist departments within Customer Service Germany to ensure accurate and timely processing of cases

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), a Dialogue Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) or hold a similar commercial qualification
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in dealing with customers over the phone or in writing
• You are proficient in using standard IT applications and customer databases
• Good command of German is an advantage
• You are characterised by your careful and conscientious approach to your work, for example when maintaining customer master data
