• You will plan daily and weekly production for your customers, taking into account equipment and personnel
• Process customer orders and forecasts via manual entry or EDI according to delivery terms
• Report customer concerns and production issues to the programme manager at an early stage and assist in finding solutions
• Communicate directly with customers, document interactions and provide support
• Material requirements planning, updating parts lists (BOM) and work schedules for your customers
• You take part in stocktaking and keep warehouse data up to date
• Managing customer portals and reporting on container movements are also part of your tasks
• You coordinate delivery schedules and orders with suppliers and customers, escalate risks and check delivery quantities for invoices

• You ideally have three years of professional experience in the automotive manufacturing environment
• You have already worked with MS Office tools, automotive ERP systems (e.g. Plex) and customer portals and are very familiar with them
• Experience with EDI is an advantage, you can score points here if you are confident in electronic data transmission
• Your German and English skills are well developed, both written and verbal; This allows you to communicate and document professionally in your day-to-day work
• In addition, you demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving skills that help you to recognise and implement alternative courses of action
