• You will be responsible for coordinating collections and deliveries both in the office and in the sorting centre, ensuring that processes run smoothly
• You will also closely monitor the quality of both deliveries and collections and keep a reliable eye on the processes
• You will carefully process undeliverable parcels and find suitable solutions for their further handling
• You will accept and reliably dispatch national and international parcels
• In the event of complaints, you will contact customers and couriers by telephone and assist in resolving the matter in a service-oriented manner
• You will arrange binding delivery dates whilst maintaining the necessary overview of route planning
• You will handle customer complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner, both in writing and by telephone
• During your shift, you are also responsible for the till and takings at the customer counter
• Vehicle and route checks are also part of your remit and are carried out conscientiously by you

• You have completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or have many years’ professional experience in transport planning
• Ideally, you are willing to work rotating shifts between 6 am and 7 pm and also work regularly on Saturdays
• Very good command of German and, ideally, good written and spoken English are an advantage
• An independent and solution-oriented approach to work rounds off your profile
