- As Head of Department (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a production area with approx. 30 employees
- where you will ensure just-in-time delivery to well-known customers
- You will ensure the technical and organisational development of the department (welding and bending technology) in a high-volume production environment with a high degree of automation
Requirements
- You have completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in the management and leadership of a production area
- You are also confident in using PCs and modern production control systems
- You are characterised by a good command of spoken German
- Strong leadership skills, reliability and the ability to work in a team as well as a precise way of working speak in your favour
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
