For our client, a medium-sized hearing and radio system technology company in Sömmerda, we are looking for you as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of all operational HR tasks and act as a competent contact person for specialists and managers
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the entire applicant management as well as the continuous creation and professional maintenance of job descriptions, induction plans and the training matrix
  • In addition, you will be responsible for conducting personnel and development meetings, independently implementing necessary individual personnel measures and actively supporting strategic HR projects
  • Implementing strategic fields of action and defined corporate goals will also be part of your role, working closely and trustingly with the management
  • as part of your role, you will support the team by managing the working time recording system and providing input for monthly payroll accounting including contract preparation
  • finally, you will be responsible for actively supporting important transformation processes and working effectively with the internal HR shared service centre at various locations

Requirements

  • You have completed further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d), certified specialist for personnel services (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration or personnel management
  • In addition, you have at least three years of sound professional experience in human resources, whereby initial experience within a logistics environment is an explicit advantage for this position
  • You have a sound knowledge of current labour law and practical experience in preparatory payroll accounting and the preparation of contractual documents, which will distinguish you in your daily work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English, to ensure communication in an international environment
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of affinity for digital processes and are experienced in using modern HR systems and common MS Office applications
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented person with a proactive way of working and have the ability to actively develop processes and contribute your own ideas profitably
