• You will independently support and advise national and international clients and act as their first point of contact for all enquiries
• You will handle enquiries and orders independently and on your own initiative, from initial registration through to completion
• You will draw up suitable quotations based on your clients’ needs
• You will continuously follow up on outstanding quotations and proactively maintain contact with clients
• You will handle complaints whilst adhering to high service and quality standards and ensure they are resolved promptly
• You will coordinate production orders in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
• You will actively support logistics and scheduling, for example in materials management, dispatch, customs and exports
• You will carefully prepare and maintain order, dispatch and export documents
• You maintain customer and order data in a structured manner in SAP and standard MS Office applications
• You communicate with customers in German and English as required, and in other European languages where necessary

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will already have professional experience in a similar customer service role
• You have a good understanding of technical matters
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and English
• Knowledge of other European languages, ideally French, is an advantage
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications
• You have already gained some basic knowledge of SAP
• You are highly customer- and service-oriented and impress with your excellent communication skills
• You are characterised by an independent and structured approach to your work
