• You receive fault reports and support requests by telephone in 1st level support
• Afterwards you record, and follow up incoming requests and tickets carefully
• you support customers with questions about the software used
• you also set up customer-specific solutions according to requirements and specifications
• you also check and test software solutions and configurations conscientiously
• you analyse error patterns and pass on relevant information in a structured way
• you also create documentation and user help to support customers

• You have sound knowledge and practical experience in the IT field
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in software support or IT customer support
• Experience in dealing with image editing programs is an advantage for you
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a confident handling of common Windows operating systems characterise you
• Ideally, you also have knowledge in the hardware and network area
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills and written German
