• The maintenance and further development of the application software used within the group of companies (e.g. ERP systems, document management systems) are your responsibility
• You support the design and implementation of process optimisations
• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of IT projects and application systems
• You are also responsible for user support, user training and support for EDI connections
• You are responsible for the installation and maintenance of PC clients as well as Windows, terminal and mail server systems in a virtual environment
• You will be actively involved in the operation of firewall, VPN and anti-virus solutions as well as the software systems used throughout the company
• Supporting the IT landscapes of our international locations rounds off your job profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained practical experience in the support and further development of ERP systems, ideally also knowledge of Infor:COM
• Your knowledge of SQL databases speaks for itself
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of Windows client and server operating systems are a matter of course for you
• You are characterised by a good command of English
• You are willing to travel abroad occasionally
