• You will be responsible for independently analysing faults and resolving complex faults on the various customer connections within the network
• You will also be responsible for carefully documenting all incidents and maintaining data in the company’s own ticketing system
• You will also oversee the continuous monitoring of all active network systems to ensure high availability
• The professional configuration of modern communication networks and the associated end-user equipment is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the comprehensive technical documentation of all transmission technologies and network components in use
• Furthermore, you will support the specialist third-level customer service team in resolving particularly challenging and in-depth technical enquiries
• Finally, you will be responsible for direct communication and professional customer contact when resolving escalated network issues

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT Systems Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or IT Business Administrator (m/f/d)
• you also have some relevant professional experience in the field of network environments, as well as a strong basic technical understanding
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and initial experience with modern ticketing systems
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German enables you to produce legally compliant documentation and communicate effectively
• Furthermore, you possess a strong ability to work as part of a team, a quick grasp of new concepts and a distinctly customer-focused personality
• Finally, you are completely reliable, work independently and are willing to undergo a security clearance check in accordance with the SÜG-MV
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
