• You will be the main point of contact for IT support at the site and will assist Production and Administration with all IT-related matters
• You will coordinate the Service Desk for staff and ensure that incoming tickets are dealt with promptly
• You will ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, the Windows environment and the AWS cloud environment
• For the German sites, you will carry out network and infrastructure tests, as well as rollouts and relocations
• Working closely with colleagues from the international IT infrastructure team, you will coordinate tasks for the sites in Germany
• You will train on-site staff in the use of the ticketing system and the relevant software
• You analyse and resolve hardware and software faults, or escalate them in a structured manner to the relevant departments
• You set up workstations, end devices and user accounts, and maintain the associated documentation
• As part of a willingness to undertake occasional travel, you will also provide on-site support to other locations in Germany

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d), an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or an IT systems business administrator (m/f/d), or a relevant degree course
• You have extensive experience in IT support and as a user
• You have experience in a production environment with Microsoft systems, VMware and AWS or other cloud services
• You can communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing (C1+), as you will be working in an international team
• We require you to be willing to travel occasionally (approx. 10 per cent) to other locations in Germany
• You are permanently resident in Germany
• You hold a valid work permit
• With strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach, you engage with colleagues and convey training content clearly
• You coordinate tickets and tasks independently, in a structured and reliable manner
