• You will be responsible for second-level product support for customers and will handle escalated technical enquiries and faults
• You will systematically analyse technical problems, identify the root causes and develop clear solutions
• You will manage the server environment for outsourcing clients and ensure its stable operation
• As part of your server administration duties, you will maintain and monitor Windows servers and resolve any errors that arise
• You will check web-based applications for sources of error, including with regard to HTTP/HTTPS, JavaScript and common web frameworks such as jQuery or AngularJS
• You will communicate with customers in English, both verbally and in writing, as required
• You will carefully document faults, solutions and customer enquiries in the ticketing system
• You will pass on feedback and error reports to the development team and assist in improving the products

• You must have completed a vocational qualification as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration, IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development or IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d); alternatively, comparable retraining or, as a career changer (m/f/d), comparable IT skills
• Ideally, you will have at least one year’s professional experience in IT support or a comparable IT field
• You have a good knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, JavaScript and web-based programming
• You are familiar with the logic and structure of common web frameworks such as jQuery or AngularJS
• Knowledge of Windows server administration would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English is part of your profile
• Analytical skills and the ability to systematically solve technical problems are among your strengths
• You are characterised by a meticulous and reliable approach to your work
