- You will support the support team as a technical point of contact for 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure a high standard of service in day-to-day operations.

- You are thoroughly familiar with ITIL processes and the operation of Windows-based system landscapes and IT infrastructures.
- Software deployment, automation solutions and the continuous improvement of service processes are areas in which you are confident.
- You communicate openly, directly and transparently with your team, specialist departments and external partners; initial experience in the technical coordination of a support team would be an advantage.
- Your command of German is at native speaker level
- To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
