- You are responsible for employee support (first and second level), including resolving the recorded, possibly complex support cases in hardware and software matters . complex support cases in hardware and software matters
- You are also responsible for the selection, configuration, installation, provision and maintenance of a homogeneous IT infrastructure (100% Windows)
- You are responsible for the conception, monitoring and further development of the network infrastructure (e.g. LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- You take care of the first level support of various systems in the ERP. SAP and CAD environment
- You are responsible for compliance with TISAX specifications, including the maintenance and creation of new documents
- Continuous error analysis including documentation, evaluation and implementation of possible solutions fall within your area
- You promote the further development, standardisation and optimisation of our systems
- You provide support for projects of the specialist departments or independent implementation of internal
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the IT sector as an IT specialist (m/f/d), computer scientist (m/f/d) specialising in system integration, network administration, system administration or a comparable qualification
- in the areas of first and second level, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Active Directory and network administration as well as TISAX
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- You are characterised by an independent, determined and results-oriented way of working, resilience and great commitment
- You work in a structured and conscientious manner and support your team and work in a service-oriented manner
