Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent administrative and organisational management of all processes arising throughout the entire employee life cycle at the client company
  • You will also be responsible for the careful drafting of employment contracts, contract amendments and necessary works council consultations, as well as the legally compliant issuance of various certificates
  • You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updating of all personnel master data in the SAP system, whilst complying with data protection regulations
  • The evaluation and structured analysis of relevant personnel data via SAP is also part of your duties as part of regular reporting

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed further training as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) following a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)
  • You also have at least 3 years’ practical professional experience in day-to-day HR administration, ideally gained within a dynamic corporate environment
  • Your confident proficiency in standard MS Office applications, as well as in-depth practical experience with the SAP ERP system, are particular strengths of yours
  • Your very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, perfectly round off your professional profile
  • Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and enjoy actively managing interfaces in day-to-day HR operations
  • Finally, you are a strong team player and always work in a structured and reliable manner when tackling complex HR tasks
