Job description

  • You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and will independently conduct interviews with qualified candidates to attract new talent to the company
  • You will also be responsible for drafting employment contracts, contract amendments and informative employment references, whilst complying with legal requirements

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed further training as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d) following a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
  • You also have solid professional experience in the HR department of an industrial company and are thoroughly familiar with the processes involved in modern HR work
  • Your confident use of SAP HR and standard MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day handling of HR data
  • You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written, at native level, enabling precise communication with all stakeholders
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of empathy and assertiveness to the successful conduct of challenging staff appraisals
