• In your role, you will post job advertisements commissioned by the department via appropriate recruitment channels using the applicant tracking system, ensure standards are met and further develop the job advertisement guidelines
• You will screen applications against defined formal criteria, carry out preliminary telephone checks as part of an initial assessment, and forward suitable profiles of candidates who meet the criteria on paper to the relevant department
• You will coordinate and be responsible for the entire interview process between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
• You will handle rejection notifications via the central recruitment inbox
• As a key point of contact, you will be in constant communication with colleagues conducting interviews, specialist departments and applicants
• You maintain and update the applicant tracking system and continuously monitor the application process to ensure everything runs smoothly

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have several years’ professional experience in HR consultancy or recruitment, or a comparable role in the HR sector with initial relevant practical experience
• You are characterised by your expertise in modern recruitment techniques, trends and channels, as well as your confident use of MS Office
• Ideally, you have some experience of using applicant tracking systems
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You will complete the VS-NfD briefing at the start of your assignment, regardless of the status of your security clearance; only candidates from EU or NATO countries will be considered
• You are resident in Germany and also hold a valid residence permit
• A confident manner, a strong service-oriented approach, a consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment round off your profile
