• You will be responsible for the careful recording, systematic checking and correct posting of all incoming returns and complex clarification cases in the merchandise management system
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that faulty items and electronic devices are sent correctly to external service centres and to customers
• Furthermore, you will manage ongoing communication with service centres, logistics partners and customers to resolve complaints and handle warranty claims
• Your duties will also include the organised sorting and preparation of returned small goods for resale
• As part of your role, you’ll support the continuous optimisation of internal logistics processes and quality assurance in returns processing
• Furthermore, you’ll support the entire team with general commercial and organisational tasks within the returns department
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes are properly documented and that resolved cases are handed over correctly to the relevant departments

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have some initial practical experience in returns processing, warehouse logistics or a comparable commercial role
• your confident use of computer systems and Microsoft Office sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your native-level command of spoken and written German enables you to communicate confidently with all stakeholders
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of organisational skill and consistently strong communication skills to your daily work
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Finally, you are characterised by your ability to grasp things very quickly and always work conscientiously, in a structured manner and with a strong team-oriented approach
