- You will manage and handle construction projects on your own responsibility and ensure smooth processes
- From coordination and invoice verification to monitoring the execution of construction work, you will take over all steps up to acceptance
- With an eye on quality, deadlines and costs, you will ensure that all work on the construction site is carried out optimally
- As a manager, you coordinate the construction site teams and inspire with clear announcements
- You conduct construction meetings with customers and subcontractors in a professional and goal-oriented manner
- You involve architects, specialist engineers and authorities in all processes with foresight
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture, technical training or comparable technical training
- Ideally, you have experience as a site manager in the field of shell construction or turnkey construction
- Quality-oriented and independent working methods are part of your job
- Coordination of complex processes is fun for you, and you are also characterised by teamwork, flexibility and a high level of customer orientation
