Job description

  • You will provide administrative support to the Communication and Public Affairs department and conscientiously carry out general secretarial tasks including booking hours and monthly closing
  • In addition, you will be responsible for budget management and control, including the checking of all invoices and their correct posting in the system in compliance with procurement management

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/f/d) and are looking for a new professional challenge
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally gained within an international corporate environment or in active cooperation with persons of public interest
  • You are confident in the common MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, characterise you and you ideally have initial practical experience in working with SAP
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German as well as fluency in English to ensure international communication with customers and partners at all times:and partners professionally at all times
