• You will answer customers’ questions about the new Freie Presse app
• When introducing the app, you will provide assistance using the guidelines provided
• You will carefully record and document customer enquiries in the system
• You will carry out telephone-based tasks exclusively in the inbound customer service team
• After each customer contact, you will carry out the necessary follow-up work in accordance with guidelines
• You will ensure clear and solution-oriented communication with customers
• You will answer incoming calls in a friendly manner and transfer them if necessary
• You will document the status of enquiries and consult with the relevant departments where necessary

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in telephone support or customer service would be an advantage
• You have good IT skills and are familiar with using mobile applications
• Good written and spoken German are key strengths
• Strong communication skills, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a

structured approach to work round off your profile
