- You will set up the CNCmachines to the respective production requirements
- You select the appropriate tool and carefully measure the workpieces
- During milling and turning, you control the production processes independently and ensure dimensional accuracy
- You make corrections independently and directly if necessary
- According to the drawing you check the manufactured parts and ensure their conformity
- you evaluate the measurement results and document necessary changes to the machining process
- in the event of errors occurring, you actively work to rectify them
- you carry out the final acceptance of the finished parts using measuring equipment and check them carefully
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d) or with a comparable qualification
- You are experienced in working with CNC machines and apply your knowledge confidently in practice
- You find it easy to programme the machines independently and this is part of your daily routine
- You take the information you need from the drawings provided, necessary for your work
- You work in shifts with willingness and flexibility
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
