• You will independently operate and monitor the CNC machines according to the work order, preparing everything - from setting up the blanks to selecting and starting the appropriate machining programmes, You will also be responsible for operating multiple machines
• Preparing test parts and adjusting setting data or cutting values as required to achieve optimum results
• Carefully inspecting finished parts in accordance with the test instructions and thus ensuring quality standards
• Preparing tools, such as indexable inserts, you prepare them optimally and correct them yourself if necessary
• you rectify simple system downtimes, such as faults in the material feed, directly and ensure that production processes are not disrupted
• you continuously check and replenish fluids and consumables according to plan, so that the machines are always ready for use
• You provide feedback on the production orders independently via the FOSS ERP system and keep everything up to date

• You document measured values comprehensively, and also take care of recording rejects and any rework

• You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or in a similar profession and have the necessary specialist knowledge
• CNC knowledge and experience in operating conventional or CNC cutting machines - whether turning, milling or grinding, milling or grinding - in your day-to-day work
• You read and interpret technical drawings with confidence in order to implement the production specifications precisely at all times
• You have already gained experience in working with measuring machines or manual measuring equipment and inspect components independently
