- You will be responsible for the independent winding of electric motors and coils, both in manual production and using modern winding machines for various industrial sectors
- In addition, you will be responsible for the professional assembly and disassembly of complex assemblies as well as the installation of the necessary electrical and mechanical components for the drive
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the systematic implementation of quality controls on the manufactured coils and systems to ensure the high standards and functionality of our products
- Analysing technical faults on electrical machines as well as various drive systems is also part of your daily tasks
- In addition, you will be responsible for the professional products

- As part of your job, you will support the team in installing and testing new or already repaired systems directly on site in the production hall

Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an electronics technician for machines and drive technology (m/f/d) as well as additional further training as a master electrician (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the winding of electric motors or were able to acquire this knowledge as a qualified specialist in practical application
- You are particularly characterised by your confident knowledge in the application of modern winding techniques as well as in the use of mechanical assembly aids and specific testing equipment for electric drives
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level is essential for the internal documentation of work steps and for communication with the team
- Furthermore, you have a high level of manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding of the complex interrelationships in the field of modern electrical engineering
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work with absolute care and quality awareness at all times to ensure high customer satisfaction within the demanding projects
