Job description

  • You act as a communication interface to all important internal and external contacts
  • In addition, you quickly and effectively understand interrelationships
  • You independently develop specialist topics and write expert reports for the Executive Board
  • As a sparring partner:At eye level, you consolidate information and identify necessary additional work
  • You support and coordinate ad hoc topics flexibly
  • You take responsibility for the organisational and content-related preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • You prepare documents and presentations carefully and professionally

Requirements

  • You have a degree in social work or education with an additional qualification in social economics or a degree in social economics
  • You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and several years of professional and management experience
  • With your empathetic feeling for people, you create trusting relationships
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint
  • Stability, commitment and good organisational skills as well as clear written and spoken communication management are your strengths
  • You are flexible in terms of time and can work within the working hours from Monday to Friday
  • Reliability and loyalty characterise your way of working
