• You carry out various surface treatment processes such as grinding, polishing and sandblasting with precision
• You carefully prepare workpieces for surface treatment, for example by cleaning and deburring
• you reliably check the surface quality and ensure compliance with all specified standards
• you regularly maintain and service work equipment and machines
• you document your work and quality controls using the worker self-assessment
• you consistently comply with the applicable safety and environmental regulations

• You have completed training in the field of metalworking, surface finishing, industrial mechanics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in surface processing, ideally with different processes and materials, support you in your day-to-day work
• good technical understanding and manual dexterity characterise you
• good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• you are willing to work shifts (if required)
