• You will independently create all relevant delivery notes in SAP and ensure complete documentation of the outgoing flow of goods for the customers
• In addition, you will be responsible for the booking and professional packaging of all outgoing goods, taking strict account of the specific requirements in the SAP system
• Furthermore, you will organise and schedule all transports between the various business partners and external customers:
• Regular communication with all relevant interface partners and the statistical recording of error messages are also part of your varied area of responsibility
• As part of your daily work, you will prepare all necessary customs shipments for import and export as well as the shipping documents for dangerous goods shipments
• You will also be responsible for the preparation of all customs documents for import and export.shipments
• In addition, you will manage important master data and parameters for the warehouse management system and continuously maintain the data for materials or load carriers
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent compliance with all applicable quality and safety regulations in all processes within your assigned area of responsibility on the shop floor

• You have completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have many years of professional experience of at least three to five years in operational logistics processing and customs clearance
• You are characterised by your confident knowledge of SAP and adept handling of mobile devices such as scanners or tablets
• You have in-depth knowledge of customs clearance via Atlas and the professional handling of dangerous goods shipments in accordance with the current ADR guidelines
• You have a minimum of B2 level German language skills in written and oral form.guidelines
• Your written and spoken German language skills of at least B2 level and your willingness to work flexible shifts round off your profile
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany for this responsible position
