• Using a forklift truck, you transport the raw materials required to fill the glaze drum mills
• You then weigh the raw materials exactly according to the specified recipe
• You are responsible for filling and later draining the glaze drum mills and carry out the necessary work steps yourself
• During production, you carry out quality checks such as viscosity, litre weight and sled test
• you carefully record the results of these tests in the documentation
• you produce printing powder at the spray tower and monitor the process
• you also carry out the associated quality controls during the production of printing pastes - including viscosity, litre weight, pressure test and visual assessment of the samples
• if quality deviations occur, you immediately initiate suitable corrective measures and implement them consistently
