- In setting up, retooling and operating STAR sliding headstock lathes (5-axis range), you apply your care and technical expertise
- You set the machining parameters optimally and select and measure your tools safely and precisely
- A stable production process is important to you, which is why you continuously optimise processes and react to changes in a solution-oriented manner
- Thanks to your keen eye, you monitor the production process, quickly recognise faults and rectify them independently
- Your quality inspection of the manufactured components and the exact documentation of the setting parameters ensure consistently high production quality
- In production, you provide dedicated support for sample production, series start-ups and technical issues
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) in turning technology or have a comparable technical qualification
- You already have several years of professional experience in setting up and operating STAR sliding headstock lathes
- You have a good knowledge of FANUC-controls
- In addition, you have a good command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work shifts and are flexible
- Technical understanding, a high level of quality awareness and strong problem-solving skills characterise you
- Your working style is independent, reliable and structured
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
