- You are responsible for invoice control, allocate costs and ensure correct pre-accounting
- With your accuracy, you assign and post incoming payments
- You are responsible for creating invoices and credit notes
- Preparing payment processes and planning
- You independently independently
- Your reports and analyses help with decision-making
- You support the team with the respective monthly closings
- You correspond with customers and are available to answer questions
- You are responsible for carrying out the dunning process
Requirements
- You have successfully completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
- You are confident with your good IT skills, at best you have experience with DATEV, Lexware, SAP or comparable programs
- good German language skills distinguish you
- you have a car and a valid driving licence
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
