- You will be responsible for telephone service and the written processing of enquiries
- You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, service techniciansYou are also responsible for communicating with customers, service technicians, service personnel and internal departments
- You clarify technical issues
- You prepare cost estimates for repair work
- You are responsible for the administration and data entry of processes in the ERP system
- You take care of the evaluation of work reports and the processing of service technician feedback
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are confident with MS Office and the SAP system
- Good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
- You are willing to be on call and work overtime
- Reliability, team spirit and an independent way of working speak in your favour
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
