- You support the production management in organising and coordinating the production process in such a way that the use of raw materials, packaging materials, energy and labour is kept to a minimum
- With your consistent implementation of all quality assurance instructions, you contribute to maintaining high standards on a daily basis
- You are responsible for managing and accounting for material orders
- Your role also includes accounting for finished batches as well as semi-finished and finished goods
- Material or systems that require an overhaul, that require an overhaul and trigger the corresponding repair orders internally
- Compliance with all manufacturing and filling regulations is a matter of course for you
- If the quality results deviate or delays occur, you clarify the causes together with quality control, research and development and the adjusters and ensure that deviations are rectified
- You also actively contribute your ideas and expertise to development projects and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies
Requirements
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
- With your completed training in a technical or commercial field, you have the necessary skills for the position
- You are particularly interested in chemical, technical and commercial tasks
- Experience in managing employees characterises you
- Your independent, conscientious and reliable way of working comes into its own in every project
- Honest, respectful and collegial behaviour is a fundamental value for you
- You have basic knowledge of human resources as well as group and team management, which you bring to the table with confidence
- Advanced knowledge of production logistics, production and manufacturing as well as production planning round off your qualifications
