Forwarding agent (m/f/d)

• Part-time: 30-hour week with flexitime between 07:00 - 14:00 (6 hours/day)

• As an interface between production, suppliers and freight forwarders, you coordinate deadlines
• You maintain telephone and written customer contact
• You create and process production orders and shipping documents
• You plan and organise shipping as well as import and export processing and also handle customs formalities
• You issue and check invoices
• The processing of requirements, order proposals and supplier evaluations round off your area of responsibility

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You will benefit from being proficient in the use of common Office applications
• Good written and spoken German and written English are part of your portfolio
• Knowledge of customs management is an advantage for you
• Independence and a sense of responsibility speak in your favour
• Your ability to grasp things quickly and a careful and structured way of working round off your profile
