Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of complex customer enquiries as well as the professional preparation of delivery notes and invoice audits to ensure smooth business processes
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the independent preparation of quotations as well as the entry and maintenance of all customer orders within the modern SAP system
  • You will also be responsible for the processing of complaints and returns management.system

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in commercial processing or order processing, ideally gained in a manufacturing company
  • You are particularly characterised by your sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and initial practical experience in using the SAP ERP system
  • German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a clear manner of expression on the telephone are essential for your daily communication with our customers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of team orientation as well as a pronounced ability to work under pressure and keep an overview at all times, even in time-critical or stressful situations
