Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent creation of the software as well as the PLC and visualisationcontrols and visualisations for our customer's highly complex process engineering machines and systems
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed preparation of all necessary specifications and the creation of process-relevant qualification documents for the entire system technology
  • Furthermore, you will supervise the professional commissioning of the developed systems at our plant in Neuchâtel and ensure the smooth functionality of all components
  • Your tasks will also include commissioning the control systems at our customers' sites worldwide, where you will finalise and technically approve the systems on site
  • As part of your role, you will support users by carrying out professional customer training and actively support all necessary qualification measures in the plants
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and strategic further development of the internal software libraries in order to ensure the high quality standards in the future

Requirements

  • You have a degree in automation technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (m/f/d) with a clear focus on modern industrial automation
  • In addition, you have at least five to ten years of sound professional experience in programming PLC systems using STEP 7 or the TIA portal
