• You will be responsible for the professional maintenance and servicing of state-of-the-art thermoformingsystems and extrusion lines for the production of food packaging
• You will independently localise and rectify mechanical causes of system downtimes to ensure that production targets are met
• You will help to optimise set-up times during tool changes and set-up processes and support the smooth start of series production

• you will professionally carry out precise mechanical repairs on complex assemblies and pneumatic systems according to technical drawings
• you will carefully document all maintenance cycles and spare parts consumption in the digital maintenance system for a complete system history

• Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), maintenance mechanic (m/f/d) or machine fitter (m/f/d) is your basis
• you have relevant practical experience in mechanical troubleshooting on complex production machines in the plastics industry for this task
• a sound technical understanding of pneumatics and mechanics as well as a confident handling of technical documentation characterise you
