- You provide the required raw materials, and weigh them carefully according to the production instructions
- You fill the mixer according to specifications and start the mixing process independently
- You mix and fill the premix or colour dry blend according to specifications
- With precision, you weigh out the premixes produced and label them accordingly
- You book the raw material consumption in the ERP system and take over the complete batch tracking
- During the entire mixing process, yousystem and take over the complete batch tracking
- During the entire mixing process, you monitor and document all processes and optimise them if necessary
- With your experience, you weigh the components and feed the mixers
- Fill finished goods and raw materials, transport them and take care of both labelling and booking in the ERP
- in the event of operational disruptions, you intervene independently and rectify them professionally
Requirements
- You have qualified professional experience that makes you fit for demanding tasks in the production environment
- With your IT skills, especially in MS Office and ideally also in dealing with ERP systems, you will provide reliable support for operational processes
- a forklift driver's licence would be an advantage and would expand your employment opportunities
- in addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- you are characterised by a pronounced awareness of quality and a high level of commitment
- independent work is just as much a part of your everyday work as resilience, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
